Troubleshooting checklist

Web part not appearing in the gallery?

  • Confirm the Calendar Planner app is installed on the site
  • Check the .sppkg was approved and deployed tenant-wide in the App Catalog
  • If it’s been added as organisation-wide, you don’t need to add it per-site

List not created?

  • The user installing may lack permission to create lists
  • Create the list manually using the template in the docs and select it in the property pane

Licence validation error?

  • Ensure your SaaS subscription is active in the marketplace
  • Check the tenant ID matches the subscription
  • If the issue persists, contact us and we can help diagnose

Date formatting looks wrong?

  • The recent maintenance update fixes en-GB and other non-US locales; make sure you’re on the latest release
  • Locale follows your SharePoint regional settings
