Two ways to subscribe

Microsoft Marketplace

Per-user, per-month subscription via the Microsoft commercial marketplace. Recommended; sits alongside the rest of your M365 billing.

Invoice-based subscription

If marketplace billing isn’t an option for your organisation, JFDI can arrange a traditional invoice-based subscription. Contact us to discuss.

Free tier and trial

Calendar Planner is available free on the Microsoft Marketplace and includes a 30-day Enterprise licence by default, providing full access to every feature out of the box. Use this to evaluate Gantt, Print, Calendar Overlay, Teams Personal Tabs, and Outlook integration before deciding on a tier.

Goodwill bonus: customers who subscribe to a Standard or Enterprise plan within the trial window receive an additional 30 days added to their first billing period, giving 60 days of full feature access in total.

Use cases

Education

A simple annual view for academic planning. Free tier provides the Year Grid view of teaching periods, governance dates, and major activities from existing SharePoint lists.

Project Management

Keeping shared schedules aligned as plans change. Standard tier presents planning information through interactive month and timeline views that update automatically.

Large Organisations

Understanding how plans interact over time. Enterprise tier overlays multiple SharePoint schedules into a single view, without consolidating them.
