Free tier and trial
Calendar Planner is available free on the Microsoft Marketplace and includes a 30-day Enterprise licence, which starts once an administrator approves the JFDI Licensing permission in the SharePoint admin centre and provides full access to every feature out of the box. Use this to evaluate Gantt, Print, Calendar Overlay, Teams Personal Tabs, and Outlook integration before deciding on a tier.
