Calendar Planner has been updated with two new capabilities for Enterprise-tier customers: ICS export from the calendar toolbar, and clearer licensing behaviour around the Dashboard Tile web part.
ICS export, straight from the toolbar
The calendar toolbar now includes an ICS Export button for Enterprise customers. Click it and Calendar Planner downloads every event currently visible in the active view as a standard .ics file — ready to open in Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or any other ICS-compatible client.
The export is localised in English, German, French, and Spanish, so organisations running Calendar Planner across multilingual Microsoft 365 environments get a consistent download experience regardless of the user’s interface language.
Dashboard Tile is now an Enterprise feature
The Dashboard Tile web part and its companion Adaptive Card Extension are now Enterprise-tier features. This gives administrators a clearer boundary between plan levels and ensures Dashboard Tile configuration is reserved for tenants with an active Enterprise subscription.
To make the entitlement obvious at a glance, the Dashboard Tile settings panel now displays the active licence tier inline. Administrators can confirm which plan their tenant is on directly from the configuration surface, without leaving the panel or checking a separate licence screen.
Why it matters
Together these changes improve both portability and administration. ICS export gives teams a frictionless way to move visible planning information into the calendar tool they happen to be using, and the Dashboard Tile licence controls make Enterprise feature availability clearer for the administrators rolling Calendar Planner out across larger tenants.
