Calendar Planner is now listed on the Microsoft Marketplace, as part of JFDI’s enrolment as a Microsoft Independent Software Vendor (ISV).

For us, being an ISV is not just a badge; it is the recognition of work we have been doing for years: building tools that solve real-world challenges inside the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

What this means for customers

  • Free is genuinely free (Year Grid view, no licence assignment required, deployable to any SharePoint site)
  • Every install includes a 30-day Enterprise trial with full access to Gantt, Print, Calendar Overlay, Teams Personal Tabs, and Outlook integration
  • Standard at £2.28 per user per month: full event management, timeline views, and Teams Channel Tabs
  • Enterprise at £5.31 per user per month: Gantt, calendar overlay, custom field mapping, and the full Microsoft 365 surface
  • Goodwill bonus: subscribe to Standard or Enterprise within the trial window and we add 30 days to your first billing period

How Calendar Planner started

Calendar Planner started as internal, client-facing project work, a SharePoint web part built repeatedly for different organisations because nothing on the market quite fit. Over time it became a tool that helps customers modernise calendar planning without taking on a new platform or restructuring how they already work.

It is now available to organisations everywhere who face the same challenge: planning information already exists in SharePoint, but is hard to see across time.

A big thank you to our team and to the clients who trusted us while these tools took shape. This recognition is for you as much as for us.
